Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner – Family Practice (Near South Prairie, WA) Are you a Family Nurse Practitioner looking for a dynamic locum tenens opportunity in a fast-paced outpatient setting near South Prairie, WA? We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team and provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population. This is a locum tenens position with a start date as soon as credentialing is complete and a contract length of 3 months, with the possibility to extend. Here’s what you can expect: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week) with an optional Saturday shift for overtime pay. Patient Care: You will see up to 18 patients per day, potentially more depending on cancellations. We are looking for a provider comfortable with a high-volume, fast-paced environment and experience working with all ages, from newborns to geriatrics. Support: You will have a dedicated medical assistant, receptionist, and access to mental health therapists, dietitians, and on-site pediatricians. A local healthcare administrator will handle your timecards. Patient Population: We serve a diverse population, including migrants and refugees. Interpretive services are available on-site. While fluency in another language is a plus, it is not required. Practice: This is an outpatient ambulatory setting offering family medicine, walk-in/acute care services, and chronic disease management. Travel: We will cover your flight, rental car/mileage, and lodging. Compensation: Competitive compensation package with benefits will be discussed during the interview.
