Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive primary care services to a diverse panel of adult and pediatric patients, potentially including some chronic pain management. Conduct thorough patient histories, perform physical examinations, diagnose illnesses and injuries, and develop effective treatment plans. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and provide preventive care services such as immunizations and health screenings. Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records within the Epic electronic medical record system, ensuring chart closure within 72 hours. Qualifications: Active and unrestricted California (CA) medical license. Board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related specialty is preferred. We will also consider board-eligible (BE) physicians within five years of residency completion. DO (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine) licensure is also welcome. Experience in an outpatient primary care setting is preferred. Excellent clinical judgment, decision-making skills, and strong clinical foundation in primary care medicine. Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and families of all ages.
