Become an Integral Part of Our Surgical Team We are actively seeking highly motivated and experienced CRNAs to join our team and provide comprehensive anesthesia care for a diverse range of surgical procedures within our well-equipped hospital setting. Working collaboratively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, you’ll ensure safe and effective anesthesia for all patients, contributing to a smooth and efficient surgical experience. Weekend Call & Work-Life Balance: Maintain a healthy work-life balance with call responsibilities spread across six shifts per month, including weekend call. Who You Are Board certified (BC) CRNA in Anesthesia. Active Michigan medical license is mandatory. A passion for anesthesia care, a commitment to providing exceptional patient care, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. You possess strong clinical skills and experience managing a diverse range of adult surgical anesthesia cases, including general surgery, OB/GYN, and labor & delivery. Experience working in a Level IV trauma facility is preferred. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills are crucial for interacting with patients, families, surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
