Locum Tenens CRNA Opportunity near Montezuma, NM (j-231596) Seeking Experienced CRNA for Locum Tenens Coverage (ASAP – Ongoing) Are you a highly motivated and experienced CRNA seeking a dynamic locum tenens opportunity in a growing healthcare facility near Montezuma, NM? We are excited to invite qualified candidates to join our team and provide anesthesia services across a variety of surgical specialties. About the Opportunity: Diverse Case Mix: Gain experience in a variety of surgical cases, including endoscopy, obstetrics & gynecology, general surgery, orthopedics, acute pain management, and more. Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a well-balanced schedule with daytime operating room hours (7 am to 5 pm) and predictable call coverage (every 3rd night and weekend call on Friday nights). Supportive Environment: Collaborate with a team of 3 experienced CRNAs in a 3-OR facility utilizing the Epic electronic medical record system. Responsibilities: Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures, including endoscopy, obstetrics & gynecology, general surgery, orthopedics, and pain management. Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Perform spinal anesthesia, nerve blocks, and epidural procedures with proficiency. Maintain accurate case logs and documentation. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in anesthesia practices and patient care. Qualifications: Current national certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Active New Mexico state licensure. Current DEA registration and Controlled Substances Registration (CSR). Minimum two years of experience in a hospital setting providing anesthesia services. Proficient in performing spinal anesthesia, nerve blocks, and epidural procedures. Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills. Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care. Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 or comply with state exemption requirements. Ready to Make a Difference?
