Locum Tenens Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) Needed near Pullman, WA (j-227615) Are you a motivated and experienced Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) seeking a locum tenens opportunity to contribute to exceptional patient care in a dynamic hospital setting? We’re seeking qualified CRNAs to join our growing team and provide anesthesia services for a variety of surgical procedures in a high-volume, fast-paced environment near Pullman, WA. What You’ll Do: Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care for a broad spectrum of inpatient surgical procedures, ensuring patient comfort and optimal surgical conditions. Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive anesthetic plans for each patient. Work collaboratively within a team environment to optimize operating room efficiency and patient outcomes. Maintain a high level of proficiency in airway management, intravenous access, and monitoring techniques. Stay up-to-date on current best practices and advancements in anesthesia care. Utilize the Epic electronic medical record system to document patient care and procedures. Foster a positive and professional demeanor within the operating room environment. We are seeking multiple CRNAs to join our team, offering the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded professionals. Qualifications: Active nurse anesthesia license in good standing (no state restrictions mentioned). National Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Current ACLS and PALS certifications. Minimum of two years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume surgical setting is preferred. Strong clinical skills and a comprehensive knowledge base in nurse anesthesia practice. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, surgeons, and healthcare teams. Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks efficiently, and make critical decisions in time-sensitive situations. Additional Information: Start Date: ASAP – Ongoing (ongoing availability preferred, minimum 6 months). Coverage includes major holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, etc.) with a no-call schedule. You can expect to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, with scheduling flexibility to accommodate your preferences (8-12 hour shifts depending on the surgical schedule). We require consistent weekly availability; no week-on/week-off or piecemeal schedules will be considered. Overtime will be offered after a 40-hour work week, not after individual 8-hour shifts.
