Reason for Coverage: Covering for a provider on extended medical leave and supporting a growth position in the clinic. Certification Requirements: BLS Certification Board Certification in Family Medicine DEA License Washington State Medical License Additional Information: EMR System: Epic Full-Time Coverage: Preferred, or a minimum of 2 weeks per month commitment.
