Locum Tenens Opportunity for Orthopaedic Surgeon near Duncan, OK Specialties: Orthopaedic Surgery Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Reason for Coverage: Vacancy – Long-Term Position Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Orthopaedic Surgeon to join our team near Duncan, OK, for locum tenens coverage. This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide essential orthopaedic care in an outpatient setting with a focus on call coverage. Practice Setting Practice Setting: Outpatient Coverage Type: Call Only EMR System: Epic Patients Per Shift: To be determined Bed in Department: 0 Responsibilities ED Call Coverage: First week: Thursday @ 7am to Monday @ 7am Second week: Friday @ 7am to Monday @ 7am Ongoing coverage, subject to potential adjustments upon arrival of additional local physicians. Availability: Must be reachable within 15 minutes and present in the building (when needed) within 30 minutes during on-call periods. Qualifications Licensure: Must be licensed in Oklahoma or part of the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC). Certifications Required: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Board Certification: Must be board-certified in Orthopaedic Surgery.
