Become an Integral Part of Our ENT Call Coverage Team We are actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join our team on a locum tenens basis. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely intervention and effective care for patients experiencing ENT emergencies within three well-equipped hospitals. Working collaboratively with hospital staff, you’ll provide comprehensive call coverage, contributing to exceptional patient care delivery. Why Choose Us? Supportive Environment: Collaborate with dedicated nursing staff within the hospital setting to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Who You Are Board certified (BC) in Otolaryngology. Active Ohio medical license with ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications are mandatory. A passion for ENT surgery and a commitment to providing exceptional and compassionate care in a fast-paced environment are essential. You possess strong clinical skills and experience managing a diverse range of adult and geriatric ENT emergencies, including tracheotomy, post-operative tonsil bleed control, flexible and rigid bronchoscopy, and laryngoscopy. Experience working in a hospital setting and utilizing Epic EMR is a plus. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills are crucial for interacting with patients, families, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
