Work-Life Balance: Maintain a healthy balance with scheduled clinical hours Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, plus call coverage. Focused Inpatient Care: Dedicate your expertise to a supportive inpatient setting, collaborating with a full hospital team including in-house internists. Diverse Patient Population: Treat a variety of cases involving adults aged 18 and over, helping them regain function and improve quality of life. Supportive Call Structure: Share call coverage with other physicians depending on availability, ensuring manageable workload and support. Seamless Technology: Leverage your familiarity with PinPoint, the EMR system used at our facility. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation services to inpatients. Conduct thorough evaluations, develop treatment plans, and perform necessary procedures. Work collaboratively with the healthcare team, including nurses, therapists, and internists, to optimize patient care. Manage call coverage and respond to patient needs outside of scheduled hours (night and weekend call). Qualifications for Success: Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPMR). Fellowship preferred, but not mandatory. Valid Montana medical license to practice medicine without restrictions. Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ATLS to demonstrate your commitment to patient safety. Experience with inpatient rehabilitation is highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
