Locum Tenens: Diagnostic Radiology/Nuclear Medicine Physician (Vascular & Interventional Radiology) – Near Peewee Valley, KY Are you a dedicated and experienced Diagnostic Radiology/Nuclear Medicine Physician with a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology seeking a rewarding locum tenens opportunity in a growing community near Peewee Valley, KY? We’re searching for a skilled physician to join our team and provide comprehensive diagnostic and interventional services for a variety of patient needs (ASAP – Ongoing). This locum tenens position offers a predictable schedule with no on-call requirements, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional care in a dynamic healthcare setting. Streamlined Credentialing Process: Enjoy a potentially expedited credentialing process within 15 days for qualified candidates with a clean history. Qualifications: Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine with a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology is required. Active medical license in Kentucky (KY) only is mandatory. Current certification in BLS is essential. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting performing Vascular and Interventional Radiology procedures is preferred. Proficiency with mammograms is a plus. The ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating sound judgment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
