Predictable Schedule: Enjoy a consistent work-life balance with Monday-Friday, 10-hour shifts (no nights). Diverse Practice Environment: Broaden your experience by working in both inpatient and outpatient radiology settings. Focus on Patient Care: Maximize your time spent interpreting studies with scheduled clinical hours only (no call). Seamless Technology: Leverage your familiarity with MediTech, the EMR system used at our facility. Key Responsibilities: Interpret a wide range of imaging studies, including light IR (thoracic and paraspinal). Maintain an accuracy rate exceeding expectations for optimal patient outcomes. Demonstrate exceptional reading efficiency by interpreting a high volume of studies (125+ per day). Meticulously complete Data of Record (DOP) to ensure accurate and comprehensive patient information. Foster strong relationships by collaborating effectively with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals. Qualifications for Success: Board certification in Radiology by the American Board of Radiology (ABR). A fellowship in a relevant subspecialty is highly preferred. A valid South Carolina medical license to practice medicine without restrictions. Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ATLS to demonstrate your commitment to patient safety. The ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with colleagues and patients.
