What You’ll Do: Perform a wide range of complex neurosurgical procedures to treat a variety of brain and spinal conditions. Conduct thorough consultations, develop individualized treatment plans, and educate patients and families about their diagnoses and treatment options. Work collaboratively with the neurosurgery team, including fellow surgeons, APPs, and support staff, to ensure optimal patient care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records within the electronic medical records system. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in neurosurgery and participate in continuing medical education opportunities. Who You Are: Board-certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery (ABNS) or board-eligible with a demonstrated track record of clinical excellence. Possess or be eligible to obtain an active state medical license in Washington State. A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. The ability to maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records within the electronic medical records system.
