6 to 7 Daily patient encounters in the Home,

Continuity of care: same patients seen every 4 to 6 weeks
Seasoned bi-lingual certified MA takes vitals, blood work and provides transport to and from appointments in outfitted company vehicle
Point of service charting
Easily communicate with care team and Medical Director
