Type: Permanent, Full-time, M-F
The responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant may include some or all of the following:
Answer telephones to direct calls, record messages or provide information.
Compile data or documentation.
Confer with co-workers to coordinate work activities.
Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
Prepare agendas and make arrangements for meetings.
Manage clerical or administrative activities.
Prepare business correspondence, as requested.
Attend meetings and transcribe spoken or written information.
Practices proper safety procedures and takes precautions at all times in order to ensure their safety, as well as the safety of their co-workers and others.
Completes other tasks as deemed necessary by program or branch manager or director.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; job-related experience accepted in lieu of such.
Excellent written, communicative & interpersonal skills.
Good organizational skills; self-motivated.
