This Primary and Urgent Care Health Center with locations in Coram, West Babylon, Bay Shore, Patchogue, Miller Place and Riverhead provides exceptional family practice, internal medicine and pediatric physicians. They are seeking an Adult | Family Nurse Practitioner to join their team. With access to an entire network of specialists offering excellent medical care as well as preventive services and wellness screenings for every stage of life. Compensation and Benefits for the Adult | Family Nurse Practitioner:
The starting salary range for this position is $125,000 – $135,000 per year. Part-time is Negotiable.
This is Full-time or Part-time position.

Requirements of the Adult | Family Nurse Practitioner:
Must have an active New York State License
Must be Board Certified
Must have at least one year of clinical experience
Bilingual Spanish Preferred
Responsibilities of the Adult | Family Nurse Practitioner:
Record patient medical history and symptoms.
Create patient care plans and contribute to existing plans.
Perform physical exams and patient observations.
Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
Educating and counseling patients and their families.
