Shifts: Days | Nights – 40hrs|week (every other weekend)

Pay Rate:
$18|hr (local) or $11|hr taxed + $9|hr taxed free (over 50 miles away)
*** Must be 50 miles away from permanent residence to qualify taxed free allowance

REQUIREMENTS
CA- C.N.A- license in good standing
Recent experience in acute care|sub acute|Long-term a plus
BLS Current
2- Current references (RNs)
Current Physical (within-12 months)
Current PPD (within- 12 months)
Titers|Vaccination- MMR|Varicella|Hep B
Tdap and Flu vaccine current
Must be able to pass a back ground screening|urine drug testing
