With a passion for consistently improving the quality of care and access to services for the underserved population in the area, the Chief Nursing and Clinical Operations Officer (CNCOO) provides strategic leadership for all of the Health Centers nursing and clinical operations. As a vital member of the executive leadership team, he|she collaborates with peers and staff to manage clinical operations for the organization. He|she is responsible for ensuring high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, efficient clinical workflows, competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
