NEW Clinical Laboratory Technologist OR Medical Technologist Opening at a small general medical and surgical hospital located in Upstate New York! This hospital has a full range of services and is known for specialties in emergency, cancer, cardiac and primary care. This hospital underwent a state-of-the-art modernization project in 2013 – making the facility completely up to date! This hospital is looking to hire a permanent and full time Medical Technologist OR Clinical Laboratory Technologist. This position is able to offer a flexible shift (first, second OR third)! Clinical Laboratory Technologist in the laboratory, under limited supervision, performs routine and specialized tests in assigned laboratory sections in a timely manner, monitors lab processes, and verifies results. For consideration, applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or related degree with MT|MLS ASCP certification and two years of experience in a clinical laboratory preferred. New York State Licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist.
