Ready for a change? Our practice specializes exclusively in the psychotherapy needs of women and adolescent girls. We are seeking licensed clinical psychologists who are willing to build a full time caseload (25 client hours|week) as a W2 employee with awesome benefits. This position is equally well suited for someone anticipating licensure in a few months, as well as someone who is highly experienced.
We are looking for psychologists who are passionate about working with women and adolescent girls, as well as developing their own specialties within our expanding client reach (therapy with families, couples and adolescent girls). This is also a great opportunity for someone who would like to learn about the ins and outs of private practice, but isnt interested in venturing to solo practice, themselves.

-Initially teletherapy from home, with a return to in person sessions
-W2 employee status
-Work schedule: to be determined based on the psychologist’s preferences
-Employer will create a schedule to accommodate at least 25 clients per week
-Some evenings or some earlier morning start times to accommodate clients required
-Client age range: 13-80+
-Can see adolescents only, if desired
-Practice specialty | focus: women’s niche private practice
Maintain a caseload of your ideal psychotherapy clients (seeing 25+ per week)
Complete notes in our EMR for each client session
Manage your email so that emails are attended to within 24-48 of your working hours
Participate in an hourly quarterly (4x’s year) team meeting
Maintain your license by completing necessary CEUs, etc
Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology
Licensed Psychologist (or soon to be licensed- within 6 months) in the state of Illinois
A passion for providing psychotherapy to some of the populations we serve
A desire to have the structure in place to provide psychotherapy to lots of your ideal clients, have substantial independence, while also knowing administrative matters are handled by the practice
An appreciation for work-life balance and good self-care
It would be helpful to have a foundation in third wave behavioral therapies, especially ACT, but it’s not required
