JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for overseeing all coding functions within the facility. Conducts performance reviews. Monitors coding accuracy. Ensures optimal workflow to facilitate productivity. Trains coding personnel. Maintains unbilled accounts due to coding at acceptable levels. Performs coding functions as necessary.



REQUIREMENTS:



CCS or RHIT or RHIA




At Least 5 years of Coding Managment Experience Requried.
