(Physician/MD qualifications required) Excellent opportunity for a BC/BE Emergency Medicine physician to join 11 others in an expanding Emergency Department. The call schedule is seven-on/seven-off, with either 8,9,10 or 12 hour shifts available, with an average of 37-38 hours per week. Salary for the Emergency Medicine position is an hourly rate based on an average of 1900 hours per year at $300,000/year, plus $40,000-$50,000 for benefits. Hours worked above 1900/year are compensated at the hourly rate. After one year, the physician is eligible for bonuses, which are often in the $10,000 range, and profit sharing benefits.
