Northern IL (Dekalb & Sandwich Locations)- 

Staffing two established hospital ED’s – DeKalb located 30 miles southeast of Rockford & 40 miles west of Naperville & Sandwich located 30 miles west of Naperville. Both locations are located just 60 miles west of Chicago.

Flexible shift options (see below) & providers have the choice to join DEMI as a full-time employee or work independantly as a contractor.
