Nurse Practitioner needed with wide variety of experience
Hospital owned employee health and wellness clinic
Patient population: Employees and their families
Average daily patient census: 12 14
Hours: M-F 8am to 4pm
Cohesive collaborative team
Administrative time as needed
EPIC EHR
Desired Procedures: skin biopsies, lesion removals (liquid N+, shave, and excisions), wound|laceration suturing, IUD and Nexplanon insertions and removals, steroid joint injections, abscess I&D, toenail removal (partial and full), and light orthopedic care.
DOT physicals, pre-employment screenings, and sports physicals, well woman exams with Pap smears and breast exams, well man, and well child exams.
Short training pertaining to Oregons Workers Compensation is necessary and will be provided.
