We are searching for a BC|BE Family Physician Located 40 minutes North of Dayton OH
Join 9 Family Physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers
Existing patient base with growth potential
See 20 to 25 patients per day
4 or 5 day work week
Enjoy a 1 in 4 to 1 in 5 call rotation with OP call only
EMR- Meditech
Incentive bonus plan based on RVUs
Medical|Dental|Vision insurance
28 days of MTO with additional sick leave accrual
CME stipend of $6250.00 (taxable income)
LTD|STD (STD is elective)
401K retirement plan
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience
Sign on bonus and loan repayment both available as part of total compensation package. All terms negotiable.
Relocation- $10,000
