Family Medicine Culbertson MT
Primary Care Physician needed for 25-bed Critical Access Hospital located in Culbertson, MT. ..Hospital consists of inpatient, outpatient, ER, and long term care. The PCP will supervise a full-time and a part-time Physicians Assistant. Providers see between 10 and 20 patients per day in the clinic. Average daily inpatient census is .5. Long term care census is 23-24. Emergency room visits average 40-50 per month so while on call, providers are not onsite, but must be available to respond within 30 minutes. Physician shares call with the full-time PA 1-2 week nights, holidays, and 1:3 weekends. Position requires procedure skills: suturing, casting, joint injections, basic biopsy, basic lesion removal, chest tube insertion, others as training/experience provide.
