The hospital would provide a competitive first year income guarantee, relocation, and malpractice. The hospital is located just 25 miles from downtown Dallas, Texas. Their draw area population is 400,000. There is a very nice lake near the community that has many recreational activities include water skiing, sailing, fishing. Multiple real estate options are available including many waterfront homes. Many new shops, restaurants and condominiums are being build and a new $56 million shopping complex on the east shore of the lake.
