(Physician/MD qualifications required) I am recruiting for a GI group located in a beautiful area of western North Carolina. This is a group of 3 Gastroenterologist, one of whom has been in practice for 30 plus years. They are looking to add a 4th. They are only one of few endoscopy centers in North Carolina to offer high resolution endoscopy. The group has their own office based endoscopy center on site. For additional procedures, such as ERCP and EUS, the local hospital would offer youre the opportunity to perform those procedures at the hospital. The group will offer a competitive first year salary, with an opportunity for partnership. This community was listed in the Readers Digest in its list of top ten places to raise a family. The town was recently profiled in The 50 Best Small Southern Towns. 15 miles outside of the town there is a very nice recreational lake, which is surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains. There are also multiple ski areas located approximately an hour from the community, and is located an hour 15 minutes or 75 miles from Charlotte, NC.
