Job Overview

(Physician/MD qualifications required) I am recruiting for a GI practice located in the NW area of Urban Philadelphia. A GI is looking to add another GI to his office and surgery center. The position would also offer a chance for partnership after 3 years. A salary would be dependent on experience, with a minimum base starting salary of $250k with bonus based on productivity. His practice procedures are primarily limited to colonoscopy and endoscopy. While the Philadelphia public schools have much to be desired, they do have magnet schools that are some of the best in the country (specifically Masterman). If schooling for young children is a major issue, the main alternatives are located in some of the great Private Philadelphia educational institutions, or the nearby suburbs with excellent public districts. Philadelphia is a great location since you have a culture rich city, great neighborhoods, close to the mountains and the beaches (or as we say in Philadelphia “the shore”) as well as a quick drive to NYC and DC.
