Salary Range is $130,000 – $160,000 depending upon experience
Sign On and Relocation of up to $5,000 each
Incentive for seeing average patients a day $5,000 and avg of 20 a day is $7,500
The Schedule is
Monday 8:00 5:00
Tuesday 8:00 7:00
Wednesday 8:00 5:00
Thursday 8:00 7:00
Friday 8:00 12:00
$600.00 per month reimbursement for additional insurance coverage.
Life Insurance – 2 1/2 times salary –
Long Term Disability – – Pays 60% of salary when utilized
Option to Purchase Short Term Disability – Cost is based on salary – Pays 60% of salary when utilized.
$2,500.00 annual CME reimbursement. 5 days annually for CME.
$1,500.00 annual reimbursement for dues, Licensure, etc.
Malpractice coverage by FTCA; no tail coverage needed if/when provider leaves.
401K Plan match dollar for dollar up to 7%.
15 days vacation for Physicians and Dentists and additional week after 5 years of service with 30 day notice of approval in advance. With 12 days sick leave
