(Physician/MD qualifications required) General Surgery – A Northwest district hospital is replacing one of their two General Surgeons. This will be a hospital employed bread and butter opportunity. The referrals come from 3 local major primary clinics as well as surrounding communities. The hospital is a critical access facility that offers orthopedic surgery, OB|Gyns, Ophthalmology, several visiting specialists, 24|7 ER, hospitalists, MRI, 64 slice CT and air life to two regional tertiary hospitals. The opportunity will have a guaranteed salary, WRVU bonus, retention incentive, generous CME and relocation package, malpractice with tail coverage, medical, dental, visual, long-term disability and retirement plan. The school system offers K-12 and a community college extension offering an associate and tech degrees. This opportunity also qualifies as a loan repayment site. The administration is a provider friendly organization with a collegial medical staff.
