(Physician/MD qualifications required) General Surgery – Eastern Kentucky Hospital seeking General Surgeon for employment!
Excellent salary up to $350,000 base plus production
465 bed private non-for-profit medical center on the Ohio, West Virginia and Kentucky border with a service area of 750,000 people in all three states. We presently have 4 general surgeons on staff. Three of them run our Bariatric Center of Excellence, one focuses on breast surgery and the other does the bulk of the bread-and-butter cases. General Surgery call is 1 in 5. We have eleven operating rooms in the main OR and six in our outpatient surgery center, which is connected to the hospital. We have also just opened a brand new surgical recovery floor with all private beds.
