- Seeking full-time FM Physician in the following rural markets: Breese, Effingham, Jacksonville, and Shelbyville

- All practices are outpatient practices with resources to multiple specialties, labs, & imaging
- Patient volumes are approximately 20-24 patients a day
- Flexibility of a 4-day work week, if desired
- No weekends
- Compensation ranges between $255k-275k, based on experience
