The hospital and clinic provides services for 60,000 people plus.
The way this hospital works is that hospital-owned physician practicesare treatedas if the physician is the owner.A Salary is negotiated based on MGMA figures which is paid to the physician monthly.At the end of the year , the physician receives 100% of the profits of the practice-as the physician would if he owned the practice.You will also receive a Sign on Bonus, Incentives, Benefits, Malpractice and CMEand Relocation.
