(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Research Coordinator – Seeking a Lead Clinical Research Coordinator II who is a proven multi-tasker to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects. We are seeking a candidate that is professional and organized with strong time management skills. This position is responsible for directing and overseeing all aspects of clinical research trial conduct as well as managing staff members within the clinical research department.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or health care field is desired. A minimum of 7 years’ experience in the medical|biomedical industry as well as strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry including relevant clinical research experience. Three to Five years experience in Triaging Patients, taking vitals, blood draws & other medical assistant duties is required. Three to Five years prior supervisory experience of at least a 5-member staff.
Personal Skills: Experienced in developing strong working relationships with physicians, staff, outside study personnel, and patients. Experience with pre-clinical | clinical trial design and management. Strong computer skills including DB management, spreadsheets, statistical software and programming. Proficient in MS Office suite and MAC systems. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be open to travel if needed.
