The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work with patients in providing outpatient community mental health services. The practitioner in this role will collaborate with the primary care providers to recognize, treat, and manage mental health and psychosocial issues while acting as a contributing member to the integrated Primary Care Team.

Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the State of Maine. Must also possess strong communication skills. Previous FQHC experience a plus.
