Position Summary:
The LPN|MA is responsible for direct clinical patient care in our physical medicine and neuropathy treatment programs. Job duties include performing diagnostic testing on patients, patient education, providing an exceptional patient experience, injection therapy, phlebotomy, charting, participation in team meetings, management of patient schedules, recording of patient successes and troubleshooting with provider team.
Performance Objectives:
Communicate at a high level and exhibit care with every patient contact
Execute medical duties competently including diagnostic testing, phlebotomy, injection, charting
Develop emotional connection with patients to understand their expected goals and desired outcomes
Complete charting on patients
Ensure that all of the patients needs are met, nothing gets overlooked, and care is consistent with the patients expressed desires
Encourage, resolve concerns, and gather testimonials during care plan

Precise phlebotomy and injection skills
Keen organizational skills
Excellent time management skills to efficiently manage patient and provider schedule

Education & Experience:
Professional Certification (LPN or MA)
