(Physician/MD qualifications required) Hematology and Oncology – Locum contract for VAMC in Minneapolis, MN in need of 1 FTE for BC|BE Hem|Onc physician services. Contract starts August 1, 2021 for 6-months with an option to extend. Hours are M-F, 8-430. Call will cover nights|wknds|holidays. Physician will assist Residents|Fellows rotating through Dept with clinical direction if needed. Physician(s) shall provide comprehensive clinical Hematology|Oncology services. Typical procedures include, but are not limited to: Initiation, monitoring, and discontinuation of acute hemodialysis treatment, supplies and maintenance of all dialysis machines, reverse osmosis units, and dialysis supplies needed for dialysis treatments to include CRRT and standard renal replacement therapies. ANY state medical license, DEA, ACLS|BLS required.
