(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Hospital/Clinic Revenue Cycling – Incredible Opportunity in the Pittsburgh area for a Manager of Patient Financial Services with a wonderful Community Hospital System.
This is an incredible opportunity for a manager who is looking for a potential to put their stamp on their program and take a strong role in system implementation projects. This position will manage between 20 FTEs. The hospital is currently on Meditech Magic and therefore, Meditech experience is a plus. This is a well run system and the revenue cycle is well managed. This is not a turn around opportunity but will provide opportunities for the manager to take the department to the next level.. The position will focus on training and developing staff, and managing high risk accounts.
This individual must have prior management experience in a hospital setting as the focus will be on inpatient. 2-4 years of management is ideal for this role. Must be an innovative thinker. Minimum of Associates Degree required. This position has a very competitive salary and benefit package. Relocation available for the right candidate. WE WILL CONSIDER INTERIM CANDIDATES FOR THIS ROLE, but would prefer a permanent candidate.
