This position is just that. The job title is Coding Supervisor. Are you a lead coder looking to take that next step up with an Award Winning Facility? This position does require some supervisory/management experience. At least 5-6 years of coding experience, and AHIMA certifications are preferred (CCS or RHIT or RHIA). CPC candidates will be considered if they have the appropriate background. The final requirement is: Someone who is looking to stay with an organization for the long-term.
