This well established, 80-bed psychiatric hospital for children and adolescents is recruiting a Medical Director to oversee administrative and clinical aspects of the hospital.

You are able to work exclusively with the child and adolescent population. Your time will be spent approximately 30% administrative, 40% residential treatment and 30% outpatient.

The hospital offers comprehensive psychiatric services to children and adolescents ages 3-17. Services include residential treatment, inpatient, outpatient, and partial hospitalization. You will certainly make a difference here!

Candidates should be Fellowship trained in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

The facility is state-of-the-art and includes a gymnasium and an Olympic size swimming pool. Both long-term and short-term stays as well as full-time accredited teachers are provided here.

This not-for-profit facility is offering an outstanding salary of $280K plus!

This is a newly created position. Candidates must be BC in Psychiatry and have a Kentucky Medical License. This opening is immediate and candidates with quick availability will have preference.

This position is specific for a Board Prepared or Board Certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist. Requirements then are that the successful candidate would have a degree as an M.D. or D.O. with proved residency training in Psychiatry and a Fellowship in C&A Psychiatry.
