(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Medical Technologist – General – Full-time Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician needed at a top facility in Minnesota!
This position would be at least 2 shifts a week 10:30-7 pm , the others being 6:30-3 or 7:00-3:30 and every other Saturday 7-3:30.
Job summary: Aid in the detection, diagnosis, and treatment of disease. Use sophisticated laboratory equipment to analyze body fluids, and have the expertise to look for and identify cellular, parasitic and other microbiology specimens. Monitor tests and procedures. Analyze the chemical content of fluids. Match blood for transfusions. Test therapeutic drug levels in the blood to show how a patient is responding to treatment.
Requirements:
* Completion of an associates (MLT) or bachelors degree (MT) and national certification (ASCP is preferred)
