(Physician/MD qualifications required) Neurology – Seeking a Neurohospitalist to join a hospital based stroke neurology service in eastern North Carolina. Applicants should be board eligible or board certified in neurology. Candidates with vascular neurology or experience treating stroke patients are preferred. Fellowship training is not required.

100% inpatient
Day time and nocturnist positions available
7 on 7 off schedule
Consultative service
16-bed NSICU unit
1200 stroke admissions annually
Comprehensive stroke center certification in progress
Neurointensivist support
Inpatient Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant support
