(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Family-NP – NP|PA for Skilled Nursing Facility|Long Term Care in New Market|Woodstock, VA. 20mi between sites. Will see patients in Woodstock in the AM on M|W|F and then go to New Market after. T|TH is full day at New Market site.

Must have active|clear VA Nurse Practitioner License
Locums Contract Nov 1, 2021 thru Jan 31, 2022 possible option to extend or go perm
Start NOV 1st
APP does pre-rounds; full H&P for the MD; med mgmt|stabilization
ADC 20-25|day
EMR: Gehrimed; Facility uses Point Click Care; training provided
Ability to document on site or at home; laptop provided; document within 24-48hrs max.
