We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient, medical wellness practice Part time or Full time in Oakland, CA. Are you passionate about patient health care and wellness? Do you prefer a Part-time or Full-time position? We offer both!!
We are looking for a hands-on Medical Provider who can join our amazing team of qualified doctors, professionals and support staff in our Physical Medicine and Regenerative Medicine Department. Come join our experienced, knowledgeable multidisciplinary medical group, where you can gain invaluable experience and a vast base of knowledge, while doing what you do best- helping patients!

Duties:
Patient exam|Evaluations
Diagnosis
Treatment plans to include prescription medications and therapeutic regimens
Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
Patient education re: treatment plans, lifestyle modifications
Documentation|progress notes
Requirements:
Graduation from an Accredited PA|NP program
Active California Medical license
Schedule:
Monday-Friday
NO nights or weekends!
Flexible Schedule (part time vs. full time)
Salary (range):
$65-$85 per hour (depending on experience)
