Job Overview
(Physician/MD qualifications required) MA – Western Ma, Berkshire area, close to Hartford, CT. OB/GYN Practice seeking to add a full time physician to the practice which currently has one OB/GYN physician. Call is shared with another group to provide a call schedule of 1:4. Salary guarantee for first 2 years then transitions to percentage of collections. Salary is negotiable and is based upon years of experience, Board Certification, etc. Full benefit package includes qualified, defined contribution pension/profit sharing plan, 4 weeks of vacation and 10 holidays plus one week of CME and CME allowance. Practice is located on hospital campus which has a birthing center with 10 licensed bassinets and the hospital has approximately 700 deliveries per year.
