Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: ($30|hr taxed + $34|hr taxed free) + OT
*** Must be 50 miles away from permanent residence to qualify taxed free allowance
Requirements
CA- RN license in good standing
2 years of current OR experience
BLS|ACLS
Prior travel experience in a level II trauma hospital setting preferred
2- Current clinical references
Current Physical (within-12 months)
Current PPD (within- 12 months)
Titers|MMR|Varicella|Hep B
Fit testing (within 12 months)
Must be able to pass a back ground screening|urine drug testing
