Well managed behavioral practice with community health center seeks psychiatric nurse practitioner-PMHNP who is clinically skilled and compassionate, as well as efficient and organized, to provide services in their outpatient mental health clinic and elder home care program.
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner-PMHNP responsibilities:
Provide psychiatric assessment, treatment planning and medication management
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Work as a team with mental health clinicians in outpatient setting.
Provide in-home care for elderly who require psychiatric services.
The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner-PMHNP will have the following qualifications:
Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) license
Experience working in an outpatient and home care setting preferred
Experience working across the lifespan preferred
At least basic computer proficiency; experience with EMR and e-prescribing preferred
