Looking for a Part-Time Licensed Physical Therapist and a Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist for a growing, fun, integrated 4500 sq-ft private practice outpatient clinic in beautiful Thousand Oaks, CA. Be a member of a multi-disciplined team of clinicians working together to help our active-lifestyle patients get back to doing all the things they love to do.

Strong active-care philosophy, orthopedic assessment, and manual skills required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Must be a team player balancing company goals and patient needs.

Pay and Benefits
$42.00 – $50.00 per hour

Hours: (somewhat flexible to meet availability) Part-Time Position Available
Flexible Days|Hours

Full-Time Position Available

Monday thru Thursday 8 AM – 6 PM (Friday’s off)
Alternating Saturday mornings 8 AM-12 PM
Hours: FT=36-40 hours|week

Responsibilities:

Licensed in the State of CA in good standing
Work directly with PT dept. director to achieve company goals
Work directly with patients and aides to ensure maximum outcomes
Evaluate and document effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients’ progress
Collaborate with team to meet company goals and maintain high level of productivity
Participate in community outreach events 3-4x|year (usually Saturdays or Sundays 1|2 day events) – Paid time of course.

Work hard, provide exceptional patient care, and meet incentive goals

Qualifications:

Previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, &|or other related fields
Ability to handle physical workload of busy patient schedule and documentation
Friendly person with outgoing personality. Able to gain trust of patients and peers through honesty and hard work. Bring your smile and personality. Your positive energy will go a long way
Strong orthopedic assessment and manual skills
Strong active-care philosophy. Your exercise creativity will help our patients move forward functionally
Ability to build rapport with patients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate with our referrals to keep them informed about their patients.
Flexible and adaptable mindset
Strong leadership qualities
Bilingual Spanish|English a plus
