Physical Therapist Outpatient Eastern Massachusetts MLee has been engaged by a community-based facility to recruit a Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting looking to join their team. Ensures that therapy care policies, practices and procedures, and trainings are established and consistent with standards of care and regulatory requirements. Protects and promote residents rights and choices. Directs, evaluates, and delegates patients ensuring optimal utilization of time and talents in providing quality care. Education/Credentials: Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Massachusetts Graduate of an accredited school of health preferred but not required American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) or World Confederation for Physical Therapy (WCPT) member is a plus! Minimum of one years of direct experience in geriatric therapy (In-patient/ Out-patient/ Home health) Past experience and Leadership experience preferred.
