We are looking for a positive Physical Therapist with motivation and desire to continue their educational path in the field by pursuing Orthopedic Specialty Certifications or a desire to be a clinic director some day. We do have other education and training opportunities, but those two are the primary focuses. No experience is required – we welcome new grads, and have a great mentorship program. We are looking for an upbeat personality with people-skill and the ability to communicate and build rapport with patients.
We are an outpatient private practice, schedules vary by location, but our therapists see up to 12 patients per 8-hour day. We are patient-centered, and provide personalized care based on the needs of the patient in front of us. They will be expected to do both evaluations and follow-up treatments. Some locations they will work with a PTA, while others they may supervise an Aide|Tech. Generally we have a new patient every 30 minutes, but that patients is in the clinic for an hour include warm-up and ice|heat at end of treatment.
We are heavy orthopedics, but there are other specialties offered at different locations. We are happy to discuss any candidates’ interest to pursue specialty certifications in any field, and do have an in-house Vestibular program that culminates in a week certification program with Emory University.
Vacation:
3 weeks of Paid Time Off accrued each year in their first two years, then they accrue 4 weeks of PTO each year starting at the beginning of year 3.
